Working principle

• Workbench part: The suction workbench generates negative pressure on the workbench surface through the suction device, and firmly adsorbs the flat materials (such as plastic sheets, metal sheets, paper, etc.) to be screen printed on the workbench, ensuring that the material is fixed in position during the screen printing process and will not be displaced.

• Screen movement control: The up and down movement of the electric screen is driven by a motor. When the screen printing starts, the motor drives the screen down so that the screen fits tightly with the surface of the printed material. The linear guide rail accurately controls the up and down movement of the screen to ensure that the vertical movement of the screen is accurate and stable, and avoids the shaking of the screen affecting the printing accuracy.

• Scraper movement control: The electric left and right movement of the scraper is also achieved by motor drive. After the screen and the material are attached, the scraper moves at a constant speed from one end of the screen to the other end under the action of the motor, squeezing the ink through the mesh of the screen to the surface of the material. The linear guide rail ensures that the scraper always maintains linear motion during the left and right movement, so that the ink is evenly distributed on the material, achieving high-precision screen printing.

• Operation part: Operate through the touch screen, on which you can set various screen printing parameters such as the speed of the screen moving up and down, the speed of the scraper moving left and right, the printing pressure, the suction strength, etc. At the same time, the touch screen can also display the working status of the screen printer, fault alarm information, etc., to facilitate the operator to control and monitor.

• Electronic industry: used to print logos on the surface of electronic components, circuit patterns on circuit boards, etc. For example, in the manufacturing process of printed circuit boards (PCBs), high-precision screen printing is performed on PCB boards to ensure the accuracy and clarity of circuit patterns.
