1. Structural features

2. Working principle
• The automatic feeding system transports the plastic hose from the silo to the printing station and positions it. The screen printing head descends and squeezes the ink through the mesh of the screen plate onto the surface of the plastic hose to form a pattern or text. After printing, the printing head rises, the UV curing system starts, and the ultraviolet light emitted by the UV lamp irradiates the printed ink, so that the ink cures quickly. The cured plastic hose is sent out of the printing press by the conveyor belt to complete the entire printing process.
3. Scope of application
• Mainly suitable for monochrome printing of various plastic hoses, especially seam hoses. Seam hoses need to be printed with brand logos, product instructions, instructions for use and other information on the surface. 4. Operation process
• Preparation: Put the plastic hose into the silo of the automatic feeding system, check whether the screen is installed correctly, whether the ink is sufficient, and whether the UV curing system is working properly. Pour an appropriate amount of ink on the screen, start the machine, and let the ink be evenly distributed on the screen.
• Parameter setting: According to the size, material and printing requirements of the plastic hose, set the speed of automatic feeding, the height of the print head and the printing pressure, the time and intensity of UV curing and other parameters.
• Printing operation: Start the printing process and observe the operation of the automatic feeding system and the printing system. Check whether the printed pattern or text is clear and complete, and adjust the parameters in time if there is any problem. At the same time, pay attention to the UV curing effect to ensure that the ink is completely cured.
• Finish the work: When all plastic hoses are printed, turn off the machine. Clean the screen and print head, and store the remaining ink properly. Perform daily maintenance on the machine, such as cleaning the body and checking the transmission parts.
