Structure

• Two-color drive and shuttle assembly: It has two independent oil cups and oil cup push systems to ensure that the ink on the pad printing plate is scraped clean with the smallest calendar. The pad printing machine workbench is a double-station shuttle workbench, which can switch positions between two different ink colors, accept printing of two inks, and ensure that the overprint meets user needs.

• Microcomputer control part: includes microcomputer motherboard, operation panel and display screen. The microcomputer motherboard controls the entire pad printing process, the operation panel facilitates users to set printing parameters, and the display screen displays the device status and operation prompts.

• Pneumatic control system: All the actions of the pad printer are controlled by the pneumatic system. Compressed air enters the air system of the pad printer, forming a circuit between the solenoid valve, air pipe, and cylinder. The power-on and power-off commands issued by the operation panel are received by the solenoid valve, which is turned on or off according to the direction of the air circuit. The compressed air enters the two ends of the cylinder and runs in different directions according to the size of the air pressure, thereby driving the various actuators of the pad printer to complete the action: such as the movement of the shuttle workbench, the forward, backward, lifting and lowering of the pad printing head, the sliding of the oil cup, etc.
A series of actions are executed in an orderly manner, and the pad printing ink will be continuously printed on the product.
