Two-color turntable pad printer:

Working principle

First, place the auto parts on the corresponding station of the two-color pneumatic turntable and fix them. Through the microcomputer operation interface, set various parameters such as printing speed, two-color switching sequence, and pad stroke. After starting the equipment, the pad printing pad, driven by the pneumatic device, descends to the open oil pan to dip in ink, and then moves to the surface of the auto parts for the first printing (single color). After that, with the help of the rotation of the two-color pneumatic turntable and the pneumatic system, the pad is driven to dip in ink and change positions again to complete the second printing and achieve a two-color effect. After printing is completed, remove the printed auto parts.

• Two-color pneumatic turntable: It consists of pneumatic components, turntables, positioning devices, etc. The pneumatic components provide power to drive the turntable to rotate accurately and realize station switching, which can ensure the accuracy of the two printing positions and facilitate two-color overprinting. At the same time, it can make the ink evenly distributed in the tray, which is conducive to the pad printing rubber head to dip into the appropriate and uniform amount of ink every time, thereby ensuring the consistency and fullness of the color of the printed pattern.

• Microcomputer operation control system: Equipped with a clear and easy-to-understand operation interface, the operator can easily set and adjust many parameters of the pad printing machine, such as the rubber head pressing time, the two-color conversion interval, etc., to achieve automatic and precise control, which not only improves printing efficiency, but also effectively reduces quality problems caused by human operation errors, and facilitates fault diagnosis and monitoring of the equipment.
