2. Working principle

• First, fix the digital camera housing on the workbench. When the machine starts, the shuttle mechanism moves the workbench to the ink station of the first color. The pad printing head descends and contacts the ink, absorbs a certain amount of ink and then lifts up, then moves above the digital camera housing, and descends again to transfer the ink to the specified position on the housing surface. Then, the shuttle mechanism quickly moves the pad printing head or workbench to the ink station of the second color, repeats the above absorption and transfer process, and prints the second color of ink on the housing, forming a complete two-color printing effect with the pattern of the first color.

3. Application scenarios and effects

• Brand logo and personalized design: The brand's iconic pattern and name can be printed in two colors on the front or back of the digital camera housing. For example, the main part of the brand logo can be printed in a striking color, and the outline or decorative elements of the logo can be printed in another contrasting color to enhance the recognition of the brand logo.
