Working principle

• Workbench part: The pneumatic shuttle workbench relies on the pneumatic system to drive it to shuttle between different positions. After starting, compressed air enters the corresponding pneumatic actuator, pushing the workbench to move back and forth according to the set trajectory and rhythm, which is convenient for placing or removing gifts, crafts, office supplies and other items in different process links, and realizing efficient material flow.

• Ink supply part: The ink supply method adopts the oil basin ink supply method. The ink is stored in the oil basin, and the ink is transferred from the oil basin to the printing plate through a specific conveying device (such as ink roller, etc.). The ink can maintain a stable supply and good fluidity in this process, providing sufficient and uniform ink for printing.

• Printing part: It has four-color printing function, that is, it can transfer the four colors of cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink to the substrate (such as gift boxes, craft ornaments, office supplies paper, etc.) through the corresponding printing mechanism in sequence. After overprinting and combination, it presents a rich and diverse printing effect with realistic colors.

• Operation control: With the help of the microcomputer operation panel, the operator can easily set various parameters on the panel, such as the moving speed of the pneumatic shuttle workbench, the amount and speed of ink supply in the oil basin, the printing pressure of each color in four-color printing, the printing order, and the overall number of printings. At the same time, pneumatic control is also used in other links in the printing process, such as controlling the lamination and separation of the printing plate and the substrate, etc. The overall microcomputer operation panel coordinates the actions of each part to ensure the smooth progress of the printing process.
